By creating an account or using Transcrip, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Transcrip. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Responsible Use

You agree to use Transcrip lawfully and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service or its infrastructure.

5. Transcription Accuracy

Transcrip provides automated real-time transcription. Output may contain errors and should not be relied upon as a verbatim record in legal, medical, or other critical contexts. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying transcription accuracy for your use case.

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Transcrip. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your transcripts.

7. Privacy

Your use of Transcrip is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data, transcripts, and account information. Please review it alongside these terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Transcrip available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Pricing and Payments

Transcrip offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plan pricing is listed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Changes will not affect already-purchased credit packs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transcrip and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Transcrip is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Transcrip and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Transcrip operates.
